I became a chef in the same manner I've done most things: by going along with what felt like the makings of a very good story.

 

I went from teaching during the day and going to culinary school at night, to landing on the pilot of Bravo's Rocco's Dinner Party, competing on Food Network's Chopped, and cooking for Destiny's Child's Michelle Williams and the cast and crew of Chicago: The Musical, all seemingly overnight.
